Video, Phone, or Email Consultations
  • We’re staffing up our teams to support flexible design consultation services by phone, email or virtually.

  • We are able to ship out any fabric samples or resources you may require. 
  • Our designers are capable of using video and screen sharing technology to carry out your design appointment remotely. You can expect the same high-quality professional experience as an in-home or showroom consultation. 

  • You can expect diligent attention to hygiene from our installers. They will sanitize their hands and equipment prior and after each appointment. When entering your home, our installers will wear protective shoe guards, gloves and maintain distance.

SHOWROOM CONSULTATION |  Here's what to expect

  • In addition to our daily cleaning procedures, we are using sanitizing solutions in high-traffic, high-touch areas several times per day. This includes door handles, displays, remote controls, counter tops, etc.

  • Our team has been directed not to shake hands and to stay at a minimum distance of 6 feet from all visitors.

  • We remind team members and visitors to follow extensive sanitary practices, such as thoroughly washing and sanitizing their hands and equipment after each use.

IN-HOME CONSULTATION  | Here's what to expect

  • Rest assured that our team will be following all precautions set by the CDC and beyond. Your safety and ours is our top priority.

  • Our designers and installers will be wearing masks, gloves and booties to every house visit. We also clean after ourselves so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your new shades.

  • Our designers and installers are required to maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from the homeowners or customers.
